An overview of CIC’s published policies. Your agreed service scope, contract and invoice should be read alongside these terms.
Fees
Fees depend on service, location, participant numbers, accreditation and qualification level. Scope, schedule and deliverables are agreed separately.
Payment, refunds & transfers
Training requires full advance payment and is non-refundable. Transfers to another course may be requested before the original session starts. Certificates and materials are normally electronic; printed certificates cost USD 50, plus courier charges.
Service terms
Contract and invoice payment terms apply. Delayed payment may result in service suspension or termination. CIC uses due diligence but does not guarantee certification. Liability exclusions cover indirect, incidental, consequential and special damages. Material breach permits termination by written notice; completed services remain payable.
Confidentiality & intellectual property
Confidential information is protected unless disclosure is authorised or legally required. CIC materials remain CIC property, for internal use only; reproduction or distribution requires permission.
Data privacy
Data supports registration, service delivery and communications. Marketing opt-out is available. CIC restricts access, applies security safeguards and retains data only as necessary or legally required. Data is not sold or disclosed without consent except as required by law. Updates appear here.
