When should we arrange a gap assessment?
A gap assessment is useful before implementation, certification preparation, a major system change or transition to revised requirements.
Is a gap assessment the same as certification?
No. It is an assessment of your current position against agreed requirements. It does not issue or guarantee certification.

We agree the document and interview requirements in advance. Typically these include your scope, key processes, existing policies, risk information and relevant records.
